I have used these pouches on belt kit webbing set up since 2017 and I think it is one of the best IFAK's there! The MOLLE PALS attachment at the back is great, I had a stealth pouch added, it is a little narrow to fit your hands in but I use it to hold my yellow casualty cyalumes which I can easily fit 4x in no dramas. The rip away system for the internal pouch is quick, easy and dead handy in an emergency. The large retaining buckle makes it very easy for one hand operation, even in the cold and with gloves on.
It easily fits 2x ECB in the main opening and my ECD aide memoire booklet, I have trauma scissors in the rear sleeve, the left side panel contains several gloves, the right panel has 2x cyalumes and a sharpie. The bottom panel I have plasters, a few heel compeeds and a medical trachea airway tube. The velcro closure on the panels is great, and it means you have access to all items, but all the contents remain secured and nothing falls out.
This has been so well designed and easily beats the Std issue Virtus upgrade from the Osprey. The tourniquet elastic at the side is tight to slide in, but easy enough to remove and the fact it is at the side means you can get to it easily.
I would highly recommend, very robust, a must for any soldier!

Bought this pouch to go on my shooter belt for OP tour, although it is slightly bigger than anticipated it sits nicely on my belt without getting in the way of anything.
The pouch handily folds out, but still holds everything secure so in the heat of the moment when you're trying to stop your claret escaping you don't have to faff around picking your stuff up from the floor. Perfectly fits 2x ECB and a CAT, with spare room for extras.
Being a CMT I've added a bit more to suppliment it, including some gloves, celox rapid and some airway stuff. The only thing I can't quite fit in there are my two fentanyl coffins.
All in all a top choice for your ifak and one I would recommend. It's well built, well thought out and will serve you in a pickle.

A simple yet brilliant design, I can't believe its not been done before.
It carries the standard CAT and 2 FCP bandages in a much smaller space than the issue pouch, and yet easily expands, (either downwards or sideways; your choice!) to accommodate more items.
Build quality is excellent, its lightweight and robust. I also prefer the rip away design to the unzip and pull out style of the issue pouch.
