  • Comes with Kydex inserts, these can be deselected.
  • 4 options for attachments; please select above.
    • 5 Molle wide designed for sit centrally on the VIRTUS Body Armour. Comes with 2 lower hang pouch loop attachments.
    • 6 Molle wide for plate carriers with even PALS number on the front or offset on the VIRTUS.
    • CRYE Precision plate carriers (AVS, JPC 2.0, SPC)
    • Hook backed for use as Placard or Chest rig. 
  • Laser cut laminate back with our tried and trusted back attachment system, constructed from laminate materials.
  • Hook versions use low profile moulded plastic hook.
  • Multicam Versions used 500D Multicam laminated to 1000D Coyote Brown.

    I got this with the kydex and lids so that I could have the option to switch and don’t regret it. And while I admire this product for its virtus application (sitting central on the virtus body armour), I did find it to be quite weighty, a trait thats uncommon with products from British tac including the three standalone tall kydex mag pouches which I have from Brit tac. I like the upgrade of Velcro front molle to work with the lids and it saves you separately purchasing the Velcro molle panel. I just can’t justify the price increase from £55 to £97 just for plastic kydex and lids. Over all I’m not disappointed with the product but it’s not my favourite.

    Whilst we do agree there is difference in cost when including the inserts and lids, individually these are reasonably price. The tall kydex inserts are priced below other places and the cost of each lid takes into account the material and time taken to produce.

    The weight does increase when adding the kydex inserts as good quality, thicker kydex is used which adds 164 grams to the weight of the pouch. Without these and the lids, it weights 184 grams so it does almost double the weight with the additions.

    An excellent piece ok equipment with precision fitment to Virtus body armour. The moveable Velcro inserts are a brilliant idea.Magazines fit perfectly with very little movement.

    Bought it primarily for a mounted role, works really well doing that but equally as good in a dismount role.
    I opted to not have the Kydex inserts, the magazines sit really well, you adjust the bungee tabs to your preference and the admin pouch is really useful for maps, small quick reach items or even a little bit of moral for when you’re soaked through on stag.
    Zip is strong and runs smoothly and the item as a whole works really well with Virtus.

    I use this particular pouch for pre drawn medical syringes, so it saves valuable time on target administering life saving drugs. I trialed it for the first time last week and it was spot on. It really was everything I wanted. The build quality is exceptional and it got quite a bit of attention from medics and doc's looking to get one for themselves. Keep up the great work Brit Tac and Flimmuur! Best kit on the market bar none in my opinion!

    Absolutely perfect, the pouch was everything I was after for my Virtus. I went for the full set up with Kydex inserts and the integrated admin pouch and its spot on. It's a high-quality piece of kit, looks ally, yes it's pricey but Virtus isn't going anywhere so it's a worthwhile investment.

    I opted for the version without the admin pouch. At the time of ordering and writing there are no photos of this version on the website. This is a shame for BRITTAC cause its a great designed bit of kit and photos would show it off well. However when I emailed asking for photos before buying the team emailed me back promptly. The laser cut laminate on the front of the pouch is of high quality, robust and looks smart. I chose the standalone version because I wanted it as low profile as possible and it definitely fits the bill in that respect!

    If you're buying this product because it's compatible with VIRTUS I can confirm it sits centrally with no offsetting.

    To start with the customer service was fantastic from Dave and the team at brittac. The product is top quality and was dispatched and arrived promptly. The materials are all very good and the pouch is constructed very well. I've got the kydex inserts too so can't wait to see how it holds up in the field!
