Matching materials to Crye Precision MultiCam TM
When producing kit in Crye MultiCam, ideally you would buy all your fabrics, webbing and binding in MultiCam to create a complete, unbroken surface of Multicam but there are circumstances when you may be required to use a solid colour with MultiCam fabric.
You may be producing products in various patterns or colours and need to look at a solid colour that can be used across multiple patterns and colours. You may not want to hold a stock of many different patterns and colours or it may just come down to the additional cost and availability of using Multicam matching products.
Some of the benefits to using a solid colour include; reduced costs as we offer great discounts when buying bulk of one item. Reduced stock levels as you can use the same colour of webbing, binding, hook and loop and thread for different patterns. Another benefit to using one colour is the saving in space as fewer materials are required to be held in stock.
Below, we have grouped various colours and pattern which can be used with MultiCam and also the other patterns/colours that each option can be used with. These are our suggested materials for producing kit in MultiCam and other patterns, which are all available (or coming soon) in our shop.
Option 1, Matching MultiCam
MultiCam Woven Webbing and MultiCam Printed Binding, MultiCam OMEGA Mesh, beige 3D Spacer Mesh, Coyote Tan Hook and Loop, Coyote Tan Elastic (MultiCam Loop and Elastic coming soon), Tan ITW GhillieTex Hardware, Tan Spiral/Coil Zip and sliders.
Option 2, Coyote Brown
Coyote Brown Webbing, Binding, Hook and Loop, Beige 3D Spacer Mesh, Tan/Khaki Pack Cloth, Tan ITW GhillieTex Hardware, Tan Spiral/Coil Zip and sliders.
This colour option can also be used with Nutria brown, Coyote brown and Desert DPM.
Option 3, Coyote Tan/Khaki
Coyote Tan Webbing, Binding, Elastic, Hook and Loop, Beige 3D Spacer Mesh, Tan/Khaki Pack Cloth, Tan ITW GhillieTex Hardware, Tan Spiral/Coil Zip and sliders.
This colour option can also be used with Coyote Tan/Khaki fabric. UK MTP (not available commercially)
Option 4, Olive Drab, with the availability of other, better matching colours, we would not recommend using Olive Drab with MultiCam.
Olive Drab Webbing, Binding, Elastic, Hook and Loop, Olive Mesh, Black ITW GhillieTex and YKK Hardware, Olive Spiral/Coil Zip and sliders.
This colour option can be also used with Olive Drab and DPM.
