Material Sales Terms and Conditions:
You will be asked to agree to these terms and conditions when placing your order. So, whilst we understand that it is not terribly exciting, we must ask that you read the following. If you fail to do so we cannot be held responsible for any losses suffered as a result:
Material lengths:
We endeavour to supply each type of material ordered in one continuous length up to roll lengths supplied by the manufacturer as stated in each listing. This is also subject to continuous length supplied by the manufacture on the roll.
Should you require clarification of continuous length to be supplied of an order, please contact a member of our sales team.
Fabric defects:
We endeavour to check all materials for defects prior to dispatch. For defects found in a continuous length of material we will add the amount lost due to defect to the end of the length. We will also contact you to make you aware of the situation.
Returns:
Fabric (including fabric, binding, webbing, hook and loop, elastic spiral/coil zip) ,is treated by us as a "special" item made specifically for you, as it is cut from a larger roll and is cut to your required length.
We cannot accept returns of material that has been cut to length.

Shipping:
For orders received by 12 noon, we aim to dispatch by the following day.

Delivery:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check for any damages to packing materials and product before accepting delivery of the products, and to report any damage by the delivery company within 48 hours.
In the unlikely event that there is any damage, please DO NOT accept delivery, DO NOT sign the delivery sheet; instead ask the driver for a damaged freight report which will need your signature.
Contact us as soon as possible.
Goods are not covered by transit insurance once you have accepted delivery.
If the goods are delayed in transit it is beyond our control and postage refunds will not be given.
Delivery times supplied by us are estimates. We are not liable for the consequence of any delay. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any delays.
Any delay of part of an order against an estimated delivery date does not entitle the buyer to cancel the order.
It is the buyers responsibility to make themselves available to receive the goods for the carrier at the time the carrier proposes.
Backorder Policy
Occasionally a fabric ordered or enquired about is not in stock. We will contact you as soon as possible should this be the case and offer the following options:
Refund you the back ordered item value.
Or
Place the out of stock item on back order, which means that when the new fabric comes in we will complete your order at that time at no extra shipping cost.
In these situations we promise.
To notify you as soon as we have any update on fabric coming in.
Cut and Dispatch as priority fabric to you within 48hrs of it arriving with us.
