Lifetime Warranty

Brittac Ltd products are made to the highest standard and each product is checked for any faults.

Brittac Ltd warrants all British Tactical products against defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the product from date of purchase.

Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the purchased product only. The warranty applies to the original owner and is not transferable. Warranty claims can be made to BRITTAC LTD or an authorised BRITTAC LTD dealer. Proof of purchase is required. Shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser and not covered in the warranty. 

The Warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage due to accident, neglect or improper use. 

BRITTAC LTD shall not be responsible for incidental, consequential damages or personal injury.

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Where the original order qualifies for free shipping, the normal shipping cost will be deducted from any refund.

If an exchange is requested where the original order qualifies for free shipping the exchanged items will be subject to a shipping charge.

Should item be returned in a used state, it will be at the companies discretion regarding the amount to be deducted from the refund.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer financial details with any 3rd parties.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

For UK Delivery:

We mainly use a courier service, APC, DPD Local or others for main land deliveries, this is a tracked next day service. We will use other services such as Royal Mail for other areas including Northern Ireland, Scottish highlands and Islands.

Orders up to £99.99 are £4.85 plus VAT and orders over £100 (Inc VAT) are free.

Non main land UK post codes, Scottish Highlands and Islands will be send by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded.

Patches are free UK Delivery, for overseas delivery, please contact us prior to ordering.

International Shipping:

A set fee of £19.95 for Europe (within EU) and £30.00 for Worldwide (Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Japan) per order with rebate if shipping costs less.

We reserve the right to request further payment to cover shipments should the shipping fee exceed the amount stated above. If you wish to find out if the shipping will exceed this amount, please contact us for a quotation.

We also reserve the right to cancel your order should the additional shipping fees not be covered.


The free shipping only applies to UK addresses, if ordering from outside the UK we will contact you and ask for additional payment for shipping (this is the only way we can offer on current system) By placing an order from outside the UK you agree to these terms and to pay the additional shipping which will be a lowest airmail cost available. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not accept these terms.

BFPO Shipping.

Enter the BFPO address and country in the shipping address and the correct VAT status will be offered for the country that BFPO address is based. We will not include the country on the shipping labels.

BFPO inside the EU will automatically be subject to VAT at 20%.

BFPO Addresses outside the EU will not be subject to any VAT.

Should you be based within the EU and due to deploy to outside the EU within 2 weeks of your order, you may be entitled to VAT free purchase. Please download the form 15/10, complete and return prior to placing your order.


  • We do not disclose contact details with any third parties other than order processing, delivery, customer services and our newsletter provider providing you have opted in for this. The only private data we receive is given voluntarily by the customer.
  • This information is securely stored on our website and is only used to fulfil orders and to record your order history. If we need to contact you about an order we will use the email address provided.
  • You can change your details at any time by signing in and clicking on 'Your Account Details'. All sensitive data is protected in accordance with the law.


  • British Tactical Newsletter we will only ask for your name and email address. This data is stored on Newsletter provider, Springbot and will only be used to send you news and promotional offers via email.
  • You can unsubscribe at any time and a link for unsubscribing will always be provided in the footer of the newsletter.


  • If you have an account with us and you would like to be forgotten please contact us. In order for us to process your request as quickly as possible please provide as many details as you can. If you can't remember which email address you used to shop with us we can always use your name, phone number and delivery address instead.


  • As a user of the internet at some point you have voluntarily given up your name, email address, phone number and all kinds of personal data.
  • As all of this information represents you as an individual then you also have the right to take it all away. If you don't want a particular website or company having information about you, or if you feel a website or company is tarnishing your reputation, you can ask them to erase everything they know about you. This is your right to be forgotten.


  • If you make a request to be forgotten we will delete any personal data you gave to us when you made your account. Once your account has been deleted you will lose access to:

  • In order to log in to your account an email address and password is required. You must keep your email address and your password secure, and never disclose them to a third party.
  • If you suspect that your account has been accessed by somebody else, or without your permission, change your password immediately. We cannot recover forgotten passwords but we can reset your password for you.
  • If there is a data breach all customers involved will be emailed to inform them of the situation and what actions they must undertake. The website may be temporarily offline and shopping will be temporarily suspended.
  • Your credit card information IS NOT STORED on our website. Once you are logged in all pages regarding your account ARE SECURE.
  • You can check that the page you are on is Secure by looking at the URL address bar. You will see the text 'Secure' in green with a green padlock. The text 'https' will also be displayed in green.
