Welcome to our new range of MAD JACK Knife sheaths.

Designed, developed and produced using the latest Thermoplastic materials for a sleeker, lighter and lower profile sheath.

A full range of sizes will soon be available.

• This is our updated MAD JACK SA80 Bayonet Sheath.
• Brand new Laser cut Thermoplastic back with laser cut 1000D/500D laminate MOLLE Backer and 1000D/500D Laminate front with PALS Grid.
• Front PALS lines up with rear MOLLE attachment to allow sheath to be mounted behind other pouches.
• Additional rear belt slots for direct belt attachment.
• Lower drainage opening and front cord holes.
• Internal HDPE insert for blade retention, this can be removed for pouch mounting or replacement.
• Adjustable OneWrap press stud retention with reinforced plastic tab for ease of opening. Covered stud base to prevent damage/noise from the metal.

• Will accept blades of similar dimensions but this sheath is designed for the SA80 Bayonet inserted on the flat side, other blades may push the handle part away when inserted.
• New lasercut Laminate MOLLE/PALS attachment system. Lower profile, lighter weight and does not absorb moisture.
• Reinforced stitching using nylon bonded rot and mildew resistant thread and externally bound seams.
