Essential upgrade for Virtus. Makes a 00s style body armour suitable for the 20s.
Makes Virtus much more comfotable by providing some more structure to better distribute any weight mounted to it. Easier to adjust for layering below body armour. Works exceptionally with the adaptable modular system placard. Allows easy mounting of PRR, small admin/utility pouches and grenade pouches on the cummerbund. Still easily accessible. Helps with fighting light.
